Shipping policy.

Please be advised shipping times do not include processing times. See All shipping times at check out or with your carrier. All orders are processed within 2-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on order size and orders that are ahead of yours along with product availability and product inventory in transit. Bulk Orders Will be a longer processing time. Approximately 1 to 2 weeks longer depending on order and product availability. Again, shipping Times do not include processing times. After receiving payment you'll receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number for your order. Due to Covid 19 there could potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. Pink Innovations, LLC is not responsible for delivery times nor are we responsible for any damages to product during sipping and delivery. Please see your shipping carrier information on purchase protection during sipping. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates For calculated shipping rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only offer shipping inside the United States. Pink Innovations will not be responsible for shipping cost or custom cost or any other cost related to shipping and storing outside if the United States whenever international shipping becomes available. We do offer free shipping for orders over $100 USD. We will contact you via text message or email with the phone number/email address you provided at checkout to notify you with a tracking number for your order so please make sure all information is accurate. If no information is provided we can not track your order. Pink Innovations is also not responsible for lost/ damaged/ or undelivered items.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping yet but we hope to do so in the future.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an notification based on whichever information that was provided at checkout email/text from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email at orders@pinksinnovations.com with your name and order number, and tracking number then  we will look into it for you but are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement items.  You must file a claim with your carrier if we cannot get information on your order.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges: 

We do not accept returns or cancellations after order has been received and payment has processed.  We do offer a print it right guarantee though. Please see our refunds policy for more details. If we made a mistake in the spelling on product, please contact via email with information on your order. We will evaluate the situation and if return is accepted we will print a return shipping label and only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pinkinnovations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition that way when you file a claim to your carrier we have will have proof as well. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping and delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
