Refund policy
Refunds:
We have a zero (0) return Policy on all items unless there is grammar error on items. See below for details. All Sales are permanent. We are not responsible for orders or damages to products once they are shipped. Pink Innovations is not held liable for replacement or refund on items once shipped. Pink Innovations is not responsible for delivery dates and/or delays. If there are delays in product processing, you will be notified of the amount on expected delay time. See your carrier for delivery times and updates on shipping. Keep in mind due to the Covid - 19 some carriers may have a heavy workload and need additional time getting your order to you. Again, check with your carrier.
Sorry, but since all items begin processing once payment is processed there are no exchanges or returns once payment is received, you can contact by email: contact@pinkinnovations.com. If there is something wrong with your order, we can individually look at your order and determine whether we can resolve the situation. Each determination is based solely at owners' decision.
We are not perfect, nobody is. We do strive be as close as we can. All orders are handmade so there could be some minor imperfections. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 2 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.
Our Print-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:
If your order contains items that are spelled incorrect, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. We will also email you pre-paid shipping label(s) so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.
If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. We will email you pre-paid shipping labels and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If not when it arrives your return will be denied. You’ll also need to send a copy of the receipt of proof of purchase.
If we conclude your situation requires you to return product we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first receiving a return label it will not be accepted and Pink Innovations will not be responsible for refunding return shipping. Buyer will be responsible for all fees and shipping if there is no prior authorization.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Again, refer to our refund policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
Pink Innovations does not offer exchanges. Once payment is submitted and accepted. We start production on your product as soon as payment is submitted/ and or in the order of which it was received. Please see our refund policy for more information.
